Number Two Resue gets reorganized
Thanks to Kyle, Lee and Johnny for redesigning the #2 Rescue. Take a look and get aqquainted with the new things installed on the
truck. Flashlights and a new foam system are just some of the new additions.
The new foam system will give you a pressurized 15 gallon foam suppression start to the responce. There is a gallon of 3% foam in
the rear cabinet. Check with Officers as to the operation of this unit.
This system works off the on board cascade system. Remember that you will need to think about your operations and do you need
to call for backup aid.
There is one hundred foot of 3/4 wildland hose with a forest service nozzel. Notice the 3% on the top of the bin, this is located
in the back compartment with more water.
The driver side front compartment has three new rechargable flashlights and the new pop up traffic cones.
We have also added two
new airpacks to the rig. Please check all the compartments and make sure you know where all the equipment is located. This truck
is now fitted with a charging system.
We are always thinking about knew things to help us improve our responce and on scene
activitys. If you have new things to try run them by the officers. It takes al of us to keep things running smoothly.
Finally
thanks again to Firefighter's Lee Gillion, Johnny Gillion, Kyle Meshich and Clark Damron. If you see them around the station give
them a slap on the back for their hardwork.
